Trial Lesson (1 session)

- 1 lesson (7 days a week) normally during the mornings before the wind picks up

- small groups (1-3 students)  - in case of 1 student each session is 1.5hours, with 2 students 2h, 3 students 2.5h

- windsurfing equipment, wetsuit & life jacket included
- simulator training on shore
- practical training in the water
- what to bring: swim wear, towel, warm jacket, own wetsuit and booties (if available)
- pre-requisite: You must be able to swim!

Beginner Course (3 sessions)

- 3 day course (3 sessions), normally during the mornings before the wind picks up (7 days a week)

- after this course you should be able to practice on your own. The Milnerton Aquatic Club offers rental equipment
  to its members or you can practice on your own equipment.

- practical training in the water

Private Lesson - Beginner and Intermediate (1.5h)

- private, one-on-one training

- 1.5 hours

- dates depending on your availability and wind conditions
- simulator training on shore
- practical training in the water. Video coaching if need be. 
- including beginner windsurfing equipment, wetsuit, harness & life jacket
- what to bring: swim wear, towel, warm jacket, own wetsuit, surf shoes (if available)
- pre-requisite: You must be able to swim !

Private Lesson - Advanced (1.5h) 

- private, one-on-one training

- 1.5 hours in the water

- bring your own equipment
- choose the move you want to improve, such as harness sailing, getting on the plane, beach start, wet start,   
  power jibe, duck jibe, backwind jibe, push tack, frontloop etc. or learn any of the new school moves (heli tack,

  airjibe, etc.)
- dates depending on availability and wind conditions
- simulator training on shore
- practical training in the water

- video-learning (if applicable)
- what to bring: swim wear, towel, warm jacket, own wetsuit, surf shoes (if available)
- pre-requisite: You must be able to swim and sail without a daggerboard
